Q: How do I know if a dent is overly "deep"?A: Basically... you won't. This is something that we have to judge in person. Don't worry, most small dents tend to be average depth, but on occasion they can be much deeper (like a dent made from a BB gun or a distinct door crease). Deep dents have much more "stretched" metal in them, so repairing them requires special attention, technique and time to fix properly.
