How we do it
Having been trained by one of the world's best PDR teachers in California (the mecca of this type of repair) - we're well equipped to handle most any dent situation that can occur. 30+ years of knowledge and experience has been invaluable to our success.
High quality, professional PDR requires steady hand-eye coordination, good tool control and a great degree of patience and finesse. Most people are amazed that we can work at such a small scale at times (within millimeters). And it's these small variables that can really make the difference between "still obvious" and "invisible" dent repair.
A rarity in trade work, our dent removal service doesn't typically require the use of power. We do use a drill occasionally, but have no need for sanders, extractors, compressors, welders or painting equipment.
Instead, we mostly rely on a wide variety of rare, custom made hand-tools and lighting (much of which is not available in Canada). During our most common repair (the door ding), we first shield your window, then get our tools in behind the dent and patiently massage it out until level. Not as easy as it sounds, but the results are sure worth it.
